Method
- Using a paddle, place all ingredients into mixing bowl.
- Mix on 1st speed for 1 minute. Scrape down bowl.
- Mix on 2nd speed for 4 minutes.
- Add any flavours blending in by hand.
- Bake muffins at 200°C for approx. 20 – 25 minutes.
