Our Ballarat mill has a proud history and recently celebrated its centenary. Commissioned in 1923, the site focuses on milling wheat flour and blending premixes.
The Current Allied Pinnacle Mill was established in the heart of the famous Gold Rush city of Ballarat more than 100 years ago. Originally milling locally grown wheat, it now specializes in milling wheat, durum, rye and other specialty grains. The mill has also produced organic flour for more than a quarter of a century. The site continues to supply local food manufacturers as well as having a reach of supply across Australia.
