Our modern bakeries across Australia manufacture delicious sweet and savoury products including sourdoughs, hot cross buns, bagels, donuts, cakes, cookies, muffins and pastries.

We operate 2 plants in New South Wales which produce delicious ingredients found in some of Australia’s most iconic treats. Our food ingredients plant in Tamworth produces Dextrin and Caramel Colour and our wet ingredients plant in Cowra is the responsible for irresistible fillings, caramels, jams and fondants.

Our distribution centres traverse Australia – from Far North Queensland to Tasmania and across the Nullarbor to Western Australia. They store and dispatch more than 3,000 frozen, chilled and dry products each week. Our capital city bakery distribution centres feature on-site test bakery facilities for localised recipe extensions using existing products.
