We operate 7 mills and 4 mixing sites that manufacture a broad range of premium flour and quality cereal-based premixes. Some of these products are tailor-made for our customers to meet specialised production processes.

Our 8 modern bakeries across Australia manufacture delicious sweet and savoury products including sourdoughs, hot cross buns, bagels, donuts, cakes, cookies, muffins and pastries.

We operate 2 plants in New South Wales which produce delicious ingredients found in some of Australia’s most iconic treats. Our food ingredients plant in Tamworth produces Dextrin and Caramel Colour and our wet ingredients plant in Cowra is the responsible for irresistible fillings, caramels, jams and fondants.

Our 14 distribution centres and 7 third party warehouses traverse Australia – from Far North Queensland to Tasmania and across the Nullarbor to Western Australia. They storage and dispatch more than 3,000 frozen, chilled and dry products each week. Our capital city bakery distribution centres feature on-site test bakery facilities for localised recipe extensions using existing products.

We are a consumer insight driven company and invest over $2.5 million per annum in research and new product development.  This investment combined with our modern facilities and leading technology gives us speed to market and enables us to respond quickly to our customers’ requirements.

Our innovation hub at Kingsgrove, NSW, includes a full test bakery, a wet ingredients development and pilot plant area as well as a product sensory evaluation area. This network of resources together with our team of highly qualified food technologists, enable us to push the boundaries of innovation.

We assist our customers by supplying baked goods with unique properties such as: no artificial colours or flavours, emulsifier-free, and 'free-from' products. We also have the capability to remove genetically-modified origin and palm-derived ingredients.
