On 31 March 2017 Allied Mills Pty Ltd was purchased by Pinnacle Bakery and Integrated Ingredients Pty Ltd. We are pleased to announce that Allied Mills Pty Ltd and Pinnacle Bakery Integrated Ingredients will be integrated and will commence trading as Allied Pinnacle Pty Ltd on 18 September 2017. As part of the merger, we’ve implemented some improvements to the terms on which we do business. The new terms are clearer and fairer, and reflect our commitment to continuous improvement and customer service.
During the integration period, the standard terms and conditions which govern your purchase of goods and services from us will vary depending on your arrangements with us, and (if you are an existing customer) the entity with which you previously traded.
If you are a new customer the new standard Allied Pinnacle Pty Ltd terms and conditions will apply to any order which you place with us.
If you are an existing Allied Mills Pty Ltd or Pinnacle Bakeries and Integrated Ingredients customer, please refer to the letter we have recently sent you to determine which of the terms and conditions below will apply to you.
