Ingredients
200g Plain Flour |
3 Eggs approx. 60g each |
300ml Milk |
6 Tbsp Vegetable Oil |
Pinch of salt |
Method
- Pre Heat oven to 220ºC / 180ºC Fan forced.
- Place flour and salt into a mixing bowl. Stir in 1 egg at a time using a whisk.
- Slowly whisk in milk until you have a smooth batter. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Using a 6-cup muffin tin, place a tablespoon of oil into each one.
- Place tin in the oven and heat oil for 5 minutes or until the oil starts to smoke.
- Carefully ladle batter mix into the muffin tin and bake for 30 minutes until well browned and risen
