Yorkshire Pudding

200g Plain Flour
3 Eggs approx. 60g each
300ml Milk
6 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Pinch of salt


  1. Pre Heat oven to 220ºC / 180ºC Fan forced.
  2. Place flour and salt into a mixing bowl. Stir in 1 egg at a time using a whisk.
  3. Slowly whisk in milk until you have a smooth batter. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. Using a 6-cup muffin tin, place a tablespoon of oil into each one.
  5. Place tin in the oven and heat oil for 5 minutes or until the oil starts to smoke.
  6. Carefully ladle batter mix into the muffin tin and bake for 30 minutes until well browned and risen
