Yorkshire Pudding Mix

200g Allied Pinnacle Plain Flour
3 Eggs
300mL Milk
6 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Pinch of salt


  1. Preheat oven to 220°C or 200°C fan-forced.
  2. Place flour and salt into a mixing bowl and stir in 1 egg at a time using a whisk.
  3. Slowly whisk in milk until you have a smooth batter. Let batter chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. Using a 6 cup muffin tin, place a tablespoon of oil into each one.
  5. Place the tin in the oven and heat oil for 5 minutes or until the oil starts to smoke.
  6. Carefully ladle batter mix into the muffin tin and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and risen.
