Ingredients
200g Allied Pinnacle Plain Flour |
3 Eggs |
300mL Milk |
6 Tbsp Vegetable Oil |
Pinch of salt |
Method
- Preheat oven to 220°C or 200°C fan-forced.
- Place flour and salt into a mixing bowl and stir in 1 egg at a time using a whisk.
- Slowly whisk in milk until you have a smooth batter. Let batter chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
- Using a 6 cup muffin tin, place a tablespoon of oil into each one.
- Place the tin in the oven and heat oil for 5 minutes or until the oil starts to smoke.
- Carefully ladle batter mix into the muffin tin and bake for 30 minutes until golden brown and risen.
