Ingredients
500g lean beef or lamb mince |
1 small red onion, finely diced |
1 clove garlic, grated or finely chopped |
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Good grind of freshly ground black pepper |
1/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs made with WISE WHEAT bread |
1 egg |
8 WISE WHEAT bread rolls |
Method
- Simply combine beef mince with onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, seasonings, WISE WHEAT breadcrumbs and egg, and mix well.
- Shape into 8 patties then sear in a pan on both sides until cooked.
- Place in a toasted WISE WHEAT Roll and layer with your favourite fillings, serve and enjoy!
