Ingredients

275g Creme Muffin Mix
25mL Canola Oil
110mL Water
30g Cocoa Powder
30g Dark Chocolate Bits
30g White Chocolate Bits

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan-forced. Line a 6 muffin tray with muffin papers.
  2. Place water and oil into mixing bowl, followed by the Creme Muffin Mix and cocoa powder.
  3. Using a beater attachment on an electric mixer, beat on low speed until combined. Scrape bowl and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  4. Fold through the chocolate bits so they are evenly distributed.
  5. Pour mix into the muffin papers.
  6. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until they spring back when pushed down.
