250g Traditional Cake Mix
1 Egg
90mL Water


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C or 150°C fan-forced. Grease and line a 20cm round tin.
  2. Place water and egg into a mixing bowl, followed by the cake mix. Using an electric mixer, mix on low speed until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Mix on fast speed for 5 minutes, then reduce to medium for a further 5 minutes.
  4. Deposit batter into the prepared lined tin. Use below fruit ingredients to create different varieties.
  5. Place chosen fruit on top of batter and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar. Bake in oven for approximately 40 minutes.

    Variations: Use 100g of different fruits
    Diced or sliced Apple
    Frozen Blueberries
    Frozen Raspberries
