Ingredients
500g Buttermilk Scone Mix |
280mL Water |
40g Pizza Sauce |
100g Diced Ham |
1/2 Cup Tasty Cheese |
2tbsp Chives |
Flour for dusting |
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan-forced. Line tray with baking paper.
- Place water into mixing bowl, followed by the Buttermilk Scone Mix. Using a dough hook attachment on an electric mixer, mixer on low speed for 5 minutes.
- Tip the dough onto a floured bench and roll into a log shape.
- Using a rolling pin, dust with flour and roll out to a rectangle shape approximately 5mm thick.
- Spread pizza sauce onto dough and then top with ham, cheese and chives.
- Roll dough up starting at the top and rolling towards yourself. Once a log has been rolled, cut into 3cm pieces and turn so scroll is facing upwards.
- Place on prepared lined tray with a gap so they can expand. Top with a bit more cheese before baking.
- Rest for 10 minutes, then bake for 20 minutes or until completely cooked.
