Ingredients
| 1 thinly shaved fennel |
| 1 thinly shaved green apple |
| Juice of ½ lemon |
| ½ cup mayonnaise and season to taste |
| 2kg pulled pork |
| Fig jam, to serve |
| Dill, to garnish |
Method
- Slice NY Bagels and toast until golden.
- Top toasted bagel with Fennel and Apple Slaw, pulled pork and drizzle with fig jam.
- Garnish with dill, finish with bagel top and serve!
