PULLED PORK WITH APPLE-FENNEL SLAW AND FIG JAM BAGELS

The NY Bagels Multigrain Bagel is the perfect flavoursome base for this tender and succulent pulled pork bagel with a fresh crisp apple slaw and fig jam for a hint of fruity sweetness.

Ingredients

1 thinly shaved fennel
1 thinly shaved green apple
Juice of ½ lemon
½ cup mayonnaise and season to taste 
2kg pulled pork 
Fig jam, to serve
Dill, to garnish

Method

  1. Slice NY Bagels and toast until golden. 
  2. Top toasted bagel with Fennel and Apple Slaw, pulled pork and drizzle with fig jam. 
  3. Garnish with dill, finish with bagel top and serve!
