340g Allied Pinnacle Atta Flour
200g Peanut Butter
125g Unsalted Softened Butter
100g Honey
100g Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1tsp Baking Powder


  1. Preheat oven to 175°C or 155°C fan-forced. Grease and line a baking tray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix peanut butter, butter, honey, brown sugar and egg until smooth.
  3. Combine the Atta Flour and baking powder and stir into the batter until blended.
  4. Roll into small balls and place onto prepared lined tray (wet hands before rolling as dough is very sticky). Flatten with a fork.
  5. Bake for 13-15 minutes or until the cookies and slightly toasted on the edge.
