340g Allied Pinnacle Atta Flour |
200g Peanut Butter |
125g Unsalted Softened Butter |
100g Honey |
100g Brown Sugar |
1 Egg |
1tsp Baking Powder |
Method
- Preheat oven to 175°C or 155°C fan-forced. Grease and line a baking tray.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix peanut butter, butter, honey, brown sugar and egg until smooth.
- Combine the Atta Flour and baking powder and stir into the batter until blended.
- Roll into small balls and place onto prepared lined tray (wet hands before rolling as dough is very sticky). Flatten with a fork.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes or until the cookies and slightly toasted on the edge.
