Ingredients
| 10 NY Bagels Poppyseed Bagels |
| 50g baby spinach |
| ¼ green cabbage, finely shredded |
| 2 cucumbers, finely sliced |
| 4 poached chicken breasts, shredded |
| Green Goddess Dressing: |
| combine in a blender 1 cup Greek yoghurt with ½ cup parsley leaves, 1 bunch chives, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt & pepper, and blend until smooth |
| Salt & Pepper to season |
Method
- Slice NY Bagels and toast until golden.
- Top toasted bagel with baby spinach, cabbage, cucumber, shredded chicken and drizzle with Green Goddess Dressing and seasonings.
- Finish with bagel top and enjoy!
