450g Gluten Free Mud Cake Mix |
100g Eggs (2 Eggs) |
85mL Oil |
150mL Water |
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C fan-forced. Grease an 8-inch springform cake tin with baking paper.
- Place all ingredients into a bowl, followed by the Gluten Free Mud Cake Mix. Using a beater attachment on an electric mixer, beat on low speed for approximately 2 minutes or until combined.
- Pour mix into prepared lined tin and spread evenly.
- Bake in oven for approximately 60 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
- Let cake cool in tin and decorate with gluten free ganache.
