Ingredients
500g Gluten Free Muffin Mix |
100g Eggs (2 Eggs) |
125mL Melted Butter (Unsalted) |
250mL Milk |
Method
- Preheat oven to 195°C. Line a 12-muffin tray with muffin papers.
- Place ingredients into mixing bowl, followed by the Gluten Free Muffin Mix. Using a beater attachment on an electric mixer, beat on low speed until combined
- Add 120g of selected fruit and combine (raspberries or blueberries).
- Pour mix into the muffin papers.
- Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until they spring back when pushed down.
- Stand in the baking trays for 10 minutes before transferring on a wire rack. When the muffins are cool, decorate as desired.
