Ingredients
| 450g Gluten Free Mud Cake Mix | 
| 100g Eggs (2 Eggs) | 
| 85mL Oil | 
| 150mL Water | 
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C fan-forced. Line a 6-muffin tray with muffin papers.
 - Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl, followed by the Gluten Free Mud Cake Mix. Using a beater attachment on an electric mixer, beat on low speed until combined for approx. 2 minutes.
 - Pour mix into the muffin papers.
 - Bake for approximately 50 minutes or until they spring back when pushed down.
 - Allow to cool on a wire rack and decorate with gluten free ganache.
