Preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C fan-forced. Line a 6-muffin tray with muffin papers.
Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl, followed by the Gluten Free Mud Cake Mix. Using a beater attachment on an electric mixer, beat on low speed until combined for approx. 2 minutes.
Pour mix into the muffin papers.
Bake for approximately 50 minutes or until they spring back when pushed down.
Allow to cool on a wire rack and decorate with gluten free ganache.
