Gluten Free Mud Cake Muffin

450g Gluten Free Mud Cake Mix
100g Eggs (2 Eggs)
85mL Oil
150mL Water


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C fan-forced. Line a 6-muffin tray with muffin papers.
  2. Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl, followed by the Gluten Free Mud Cake Mix. Using a beater attachment on an electric mixer, beat on low speed until combined for approx. 2 minutes.
  3. Pour mix into the muffin papers.
  4. Bake for approximately 50 minutes or until they spring back when pushed down.
  5. Allow to cool on a wire rack and decorate with gluten free ganache.
