340g Gluten Free Butter Cake Mix
60g Unsalted Butter
165mL Milk
100g Eggs (2 Eggs)


  1. Preheat oven to 160°C or 140°C fan-forced. Line a patty pan tin with patty papers.
  2. Place all ingredients into a bowl, followed by the Gluten Free Butter Cake Mix. Using a whisk attachment on an electric mixer, whisk together on medium speed for 3 minutes.
  3. Divide the batter between the prepared patty pans. 
  4. Bake in oven for approximately 25 – 30 minutes or until the sponge bounces back when pushed in the middle.
  5. Once cooled, decorate with gluten free icing.
