| 10 NY Bagels Sesame Seed Bagels |
| 500g smoked salmon |
| 200g baby spinach leaves |
| 10 eggs, poached |
| 300g Hollandaise sauce |
| 50g finely chopped chives |
Method
- Slice NY Bagels and toast until golden.
- Top toasted bagel with baby spinach leaves, smoked salmon and poached eggs.
- Finish with a drizzle of Hollandaise sauce, chives and season to taste
