EGGS FLORENTINE ON SESAME BAGELS

Eggs Florentine is a breakfast classic that diners love! Try layer smoked salmon and fresh baby spinach on a toasted sesame bagel, top with a soft poached egg and a generous spoonful of hollandaise. Finish with a sprinkle of chives. Simple, satisfying, and full of flavour.

Ingredients

10 NY Bagels Sesame Seed Bagels
500g smoked salmon
200g baby spinach leaves
10 eggs, poached
300g Hollandaise sauce
50g finely chopped chives

Method

  1. Slice NY Bagels and toast until golden. 
  2. Top toasted bagel with baby spinach leaves, smoked salmon and poached eggs. 
  3. Finish with a drizzle of Hollandaise sauce, chives and season to taste
