The rich and indulgent classic Reuben is easy to make, big on flavour and on trend! The perfect combination of shaved corned beef or pastrami, Swiss cheese, rocket, sauerkraut and tangy dressing – finished on an Everything Bagel for extra flavour!
Ingredients
| 10 NY Bagels Everything Bagels |
| 2kg shaved spiced corned beef or pastrami |
| Tangy Dressing: combine ½ red onion |
| Finely diced with 2tbsp chopped gherkins |
| ½ cup mayonnaise |
| ¼ cup tomato sauce and 1tsp horseradish cream |
| 500g sliced Swiss cheese |
| 100g rocket leaves |
| 200g sauerkraut |
| Pickles |
Method
- Slice NY Bagels and toast until golden.
- Top toasted bagel with Tangy Dressing, Swiss cheese, shaved corned beef or pastrami, sauerkraut and rocket.
- Finish with extra sauce, pickles and season to taste.
