1.000kg Cheesecake Mix
0.800kg Water

Method

  1. Using whisk blend cheesecake mix and water on 1st speed for 30 seconds.
  2. Scrape down.
  3. Mix on 3rd speed for 3 minutes.
  4. Deposit filling on biscuit base and chill in refrigerator.

Please Note:
Can flavour cheesecake using Dawn Fillings at 0.300kg per kg of mix.
