**Minimum eligibility criteria:
- Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Currently living in Australia and able to participate in our selection process
- Hold Australian Permanent Residency or Australian / New Zealand Citizenship at the date of application
- Qualifications, (eg. Tertiary, trade):
Skills
- Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements
