**Minimum eligibility criteria:
  • Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Currently living in Australia and able to participate in our selection process
  • Hold Australian Permanent Residency or Australian / New Zealand Citizenship at the date of application
  • Qualifications, (eg. Tertiary, trade):
Skills
  • Basic understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements
