Ingredients
500g Gluten Free Muffin Mix |
100g Eggs (2 Eggs) |
125mL Melted Butter (Unsalted) |
250mL Milk |
1 Banana (Mashed) |
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a 26cm x 11cm loaf tin and line with baking paper.
- Place ingredients into mixing bowl, followed by the Gluten Free Muffin Mix. Using a beater attachment on an electric mixer, beat together on low speed until combined. Scrape bowl and beat on medium speed until everything is mixed.
- Add 1 mashed banana and combine.
- Pour mix into prepared tin.
- Bake for approximately 1 hour or until skewer comes out clean.
