What began as a small bakery, Potts Bakery, has evolved into Allied Pinnacle, a leader in the baking industry. Backed by Japan’s largest milling business, Nisshin Seifun Group, we have expanded our capabilities and refined our craft to deliver excellence in every loaf.
Here, we knead-lessly craft a delectable array of specialty rolls, each imbued with unique flavours and textures. Our stone-baked artisan breads emerge from the oven with a perfect crust and a soft, inviting interior, embodying the yeast of traditional baking techniques.
