North Fremantle

Site Details

Overview.

The “Dingo” flour mill is an unmistakable icon in Western Australia and we are proud to have it in the Allied Pinnacle network. Built in 1922, our North Fremantle site celebrated its centenary recently and mills bulk flour whilst also producing bread pre-mixes.

Great Southern Roller Flour Mills (aka Allied Pinnacle) was officially opened March 28, 1922.
The Dingo has been a landmark in Fremantle for over 102 years, so much so that it was overpainted during WWII as it provided a landmark for enemy agents. Site was heritage listed in 2008. Today it is still used as a landmark for both mariners and public on land.
Merchandise can be found from T-Shirts, Hoodies, Boardies, Caps, fridge magnets, bags etc displaying the Famous Red Dingo.
Situated on Stirling Highway the Mill is on prime land. Silo height, views to the West across pristine beaches and to the East you look out over the Swan River.
