20g Desiccated Coconut

METHOD: MUFFIN

  1. Place Crème Muffin Mix and water into mixing bowl. Using a paddle, blend on 1st speed for 1 minute. Scrape down bowl and beat on 2nd speed for 1 minute.
  2. Add 20g Raspberry Flavoured Kularome to batter and
    fold until mixed.
  3. Deposit 95g into paper lined muffin trays then bake at
    180ºC until baked out.

METHOD: TOPPING

  1. Place Mallo Sno into a microwave safe bowl or saucepan, melt until no lumps can be seen.
  2. Tip melted Mallo Sno into mixing bowl and whisk until
    firm (about 10 minutes).
  3. Fold in 2g of Raspberry Flavoured Kularome then
    pipe onto completely cooled muffins.
  4. Dunk into desiccated coconut, pipe Rasplum Filling
    swirl on top, then dunk into coconut again.
