METHOD: MUFFIN
- Place Crème Muffin Mix and water into mixing bowl. Using a paddle, blend on 1st speed for 1 minute. Scrape down bowl and beat on 2nd speed for 1 minute.
- Add 20g Raspberry Flavoured Kularome to batter and
fold until mixed. - Deposit 95g into paper lined muffin trays then bake at
180ºC until baked out.
METHOD: TOPPING
- Place Mallo Sno into a microwave safe bowl or saucepan, melt until no lumps can be seen.
- Tip melted Mallo Sno into mixing bowl and whisk until
firm (about 10 minutes). - Fold in 2g of Raspberry Flavoured Kularome then
pipe onto completely cooled muffins. - Dunk into desiccated coconut, pipe Rasplum Filling
swirl on top, then dunk into coconut again.
