Ingredients

Stage 1

0.600L 106145 Canola Oil
1.350L Water

Stage 2

3.000kg 103908 Mud Cake Mix
0.100kg 105486 Cake Choc Paste

Method

  1. Using a paddle place stage 1 ingredients into mixing bowl.
  2. Add in stage 2 and mix on 1st speed for 1 minute. Scrape down bowl.
  3. Mix on 1st speed for 2 minutes.
  4. Deposit 0.600kg into lined 7′ tin.
  5. Bake at 160ºC for approx. 60 – 70 minutes.
  6. When cool Ice with 105399 International Chocolate Icing.
