| 0.600L 106145 Canola Oil | 
| 1.350L Water | 
Stage 2
| 3.000kg 103908 Mud Cake Mix | 
| 0.100kg 105486 Cake Choc Paste | 
Method
- Using a paddle place stage 1 ingredients into mixing bowl.
 - Add in stage 2 and mix on 1st speed for 1 minute. Scrape down bowl.
 - Mix on 1st speed for 2 minutes.
 - Deposit 0.600kg into lined 7′ tin.
 - Bake at 160ºC for approx. 60 – 70 minutes.
 - When cool Ice with 105399 International Chocolate Icing.
