450g Gluten Free Mud Cake Mix
100g Eggs (2 Eggs)
85mL Oil
150mL Water


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C fan-forced. Grease an 8-inch springform cake tin with baking paper.
  2. Place all ingredients into a bowl, followed by the Gluten Free Mud Cake Mix.  Using a beater attachment on an electric mixer, beat on low speed for approximately 2 minutes or until combined.
  3. Pour mix into prepared lined tin and spread evenly.
  4. Bake in oven for approximately 60 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
  5. Let cake cool in tin and decorate with gluten free ganache.
