Preheat oven to 195°C. Line a 12-muffin tray with muffin papers.
Place ingredients into mixing bowl, followed by the Gluten Free Muffin Mix. Using a beater attachment on an electric mixer, beat on low speed until combined
Add 120g of selected fruit and combine (raspberries or blueberries).
Pour mix into the muffin papers.
Bake for approximately 25 minutes or until they spring back when pushed down.
Stand in the baking trays for 10 minutes before transferring on a wire rack. When the muffins are cool, decorate as desired.
